Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order destination. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount, depending on location.

Delivery Times

For customers in Kuwait, standard delivery within 1–2 business days is free.

For the Middle East, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and costs KWD 3. Orders over KWD 25 qualify for free shipping.

For Worldwide orders, delivery takes 3–6 business days and costs KWD 5. Orders over KWD 45 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided typically within 24 hours of dispatch, via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your package online.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions or customs processing may cause delays. Eiffel Boudoir is not liable for carrier-related delays.
