Refund policy

Non-Intimate Products

Includes items such as pajamas, robes, accessories, and clothing that do not contain intimate components.

You may return or exchange non-intimate items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Partial returns or exchanges are permitted. You may return or exchange individual items from a multi-item order. Refunds will be issued only for the items returned.

Intimate Products

Includes all lingerie, fantasy outfits, swimwear, and any garments that include thongs or intimate components (including certain dresses).

For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to size, color changes, or change of mind.

Returns or exchanges are permitted only if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

An item is considered damaged or defective if it arrives with manufacturing faults, tears, stains, missing parts, or any issue affecting its quality or usability.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement according to your preference. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, store credit may be issued in the form of a gift voucher.

Processing times:

  • KNET: Within 3 business days

  • Visa / MasterCard: Up to 5 business days (depending on your bank)

Return Shipping Cost

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, size selection, or any reason not related to a defective or incorrectly supplied item, a return shipping fee of 1.5 KWD will apply and is the customer's responsibility.
