RETURNS & REFUND
Returns are accepted for non-intimate items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
An item is considered damaged or defective if it arrives with manufacturing faults, tears, stains, missing parts, or any issue affecting its quality or usability.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method:

Visa & MasterCard: up to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
